Drying of herbs
Step 1: Planting basil in the kitchen garden at the campus.
Step 2: Harvestation - Students plucking basil leaves.
Step 3: Washing and spreading the leaves for drying.

The Cooking Team taking tips from our ex-student , Ravneet Singh, who is currently pursuing B.Sc. Hotel Management. He gave a demonstration to the students on chopping of fruits and vegetables, making mojitos, wraps, nuggets, salad and sandwiches
